The General Coordination Department is the administrative and executive body of the CCERC, responsible for getting in touch with a consultant team with over 50 domestic and foreign experts, the daily administrative work and coordinating the work of the other departments and branches.

*Providing government departments with technical advises;
*Carrying out international exchanges and project cooperation;
*Publishing periodicals and establishing information network;
*Undertaking technical training, consultation and engineering services.

*Drawing up  °China's 9th Five-Year Development Program of CCT and the Long-Range Objectives of 2010" , entrusted by the " State Leading Group for CCT Development and Promotion";
*Studying and popularizing the characteristics, priority areas and the market prospect and feature of China's CCT
*International exchanges and cooperation: having established constant contact with 20-odd countries and international organizations and organizing international symposiums.
